My name is Benjamin, I'm 25 years old and two years out of college. Real estate has always been my primary objective, going to school for an associates in HVAC/R was just a means of getting the necessary capital to invest. I'm interested in multifamily buy and hold. I plan on buying a multifamily, improving the property and then refinancing to buy another.. I'm just now starting to look at deals. I'm very eager to get started.
