Hello! My name is Aleks, I'm 26 years old. I've been reading stuff on this site but finally decided to introduce myself.

I have not made any real estate investments yet but I find the BRRR intriguing as a way to make extra money on the side. I just happen to be in the market for a house for myself and would like to use this as an opportunity to utilize this strategy, except that I would be living in the house for now and not renting.

I live in sterling heights, work in warren. Looking for a place around here that's within the same general vacinity to work.
