Hey BPers. Checking out the forum after listening to the podcast for awhile. I'm an investor in GA. I have one rental property bought off the MLS and I'm out and about looking for more information on finding GREAT deals and not sucky ones (aka retail!). My main interests are finding wholesale leads and the the wholesale titling process. I look forward to spending more time here. Thanks!
