Hi everyone! I'm a Fresno native and graduate of Fresno State. I recently completed all the required courses to take the salesperson exam and will be taking it soon (I plan to use my license for investing purposes only; I do not intend to work as a traditional realtor). My father has been a buy and hold investor here in Fresno for over 20 years and we are now interested in using the knowledge and experience we've gained rehabbing rentals to transition into flipping houses.
