Northwest Indiana New investor

Hey guys,

I've been a "lurker" on this forum for a couple weeks, and I've been listening to BiggerPockets podcast for some time.

I've decided to become more active in this forum to acquire as much knowledge about real estate investing as I can while I save up for my first property.

I'm interested in Multi-family units in the Valparaiso, Indiana area.
