Hello fellow investors! My name is Jared and I'm really glad to have found BP! I've been scouring the Internet trying to find good ways to get going on my real estate career and am excited to meet some people with similar interests! I live in Tucson and have a in real estate. I've owned a couple of my own properties, done some rehab work for other homeowners, dabbled in mortgages and wholesaling and have a couple of rental properties(not intentionally!) In Phoenix. I'm hoping to connect with lots of different people in different areas of real estate,  such as fellow local and like minded investors and ancillary professionals, as well, so feel free to reach out!
