I'm pretty new, as well, but have found that bandit signs, strategically placed are working good, at least in my area (Tucson, AZ). You can get them for about $2/sign (with a wire stand) blank and put your info on them. Put them up later on Fridays(those city employees don't work weekends)! It gives a personal feel and seems to lessen the "sales" mentality that some buyers have of us. I'm getting my website going soon, too, Good luck to you!

Hello fellow investors! My name is Jared and I'm really glad to have found BP! I've been scouring the Internet trying to find good ways to get going on my real estate career and am excited to meet some people with similar interests! I live in Tucson and have a in real estate. I've owned a couple of my own properties, done some rehab work for other homeowners, dabbled in mortgages and wholesaling and have a couple of rental properties(not intentionally!) In Phoenix.
