Hi BP. Been listening to all the podcasts and learning as much as i can from the posts here for sometime now. Decided to finally give it a try and jumped into land lording when i decided to buy a new primary and rent out my townhouse.  Great wealth of info all gathered in one place. Looking forward to picking folks brains and trading ideas w/ the BP community.
