Hello all!

Just started really looking around here.   Back on the horse again after loosing big in 08-09.  I had a couple of rentals but was primarily a builder and land developer.  I have licked my wounds and have started out on my own again as a GC doing everything from storm damage to flips for others.  

I am wanting to do my own deals again, but am still a credit and cash flow deficient.  I've started to learn the Indy market and getting used to the lower end of the market (previously I was middle-high end)

Looking forward to meeting you all and learning more every day....currently wholesaling has peaked my interest!
