Hello my name is Neil Thomas, I have done a couple of flips a few years ago but like a lot of people I was caught in the mortgage melt down and had to file bankruptcy, but I'm 8 years discharged and ready to get back into the Real Estate market but with a better understanding this time, looking to find funding and how to better analyze deals.
