My name is Cam Morrah, I'm here to learn and grow in the ways necessary to take my investing to the next level. My wife has been constantly telling me about who awesome BP is, now I am here to find out what it's all about. I have 6 units in northern California but those were buy and hold investment were I'm earning ok rents and stand to make some really nice gains due to appreciation. Now I would like to turn my focus to lower costing units with high NOI. I would like to get some out of state purchases under my belt. I'm really interested in the Cleveland and Dayton areas of Ohio. So if any one out there has experience in those areas and know of some great PM Companies and what areas are nice vs where to steer cleat i'd appreciate it.

Thanks

Cam
