Novice Wholesaler from Eastern PA

Hello!

I am new to the world of real estate investing and I am interested in getting into wholesaling. I have worked in Web Development for the past few years and I am looking to branch out and make some extra income.

I am originally from Lancaster County, PA. I have lived and worked in Washington D.C. and Maryland. A few months ago I moved to the Brewerytown area of Philadelphia. I am interested in doing deals in the Philadelphia, Lancaster County, or possibly York County as well.

I am looking forward to getting involved with the BiggerPockets community! Experienced wholesalers feel free to impart your wisdom.
