I am a real estate newbie from Houston Texas looking to invest in Corpus Christi Texas where my daughter will be attending college. I want to invest and a small 2/1 house that I could rehab so she could live off campus and rent out her extra room. I would then rent out the house to other college students after my daughter graduates.
