Hi Everyone here at Bigger Pockets. My name is Mike Tatman, I'm interested in learning more about real estate transactions, mostly investing in rentals and fix and flips out here in Northern Colorado. I have owned a window and door replacement company for about a decade now (we also do some siding too), and love getting involved in groups like this.

Thanks in advance for all the questions answered, and hope I can be of value to everyone!

Thanks also to Mindy for the nice welcome email.

Mike

Welcome to BP! I invest locally here in Denver as well as Colorado Springs. It is great that you already have experience in contracting. In my experience that will be mostly a good thing for you but you have to watch out because it could get in the way of faster success for you as well. Depending on how big you want to go you will have to start delegating more and more to other General contractors rather than be personally involved for every decision. doing this will help you get more volume in the long run.

message me if you want to connect and meet up some time.
