Hello, all. My name's Richard, but everyone just calls me Riko. I'm an engineer from a New York City suburb in Southwest Connecticut. I'm looking to start flipping, then building out a portfolio of rentals and notes. I'd like to eventually look into investing in properties overseas, just for the fun of it (I love traveling the world more than anything). I'm not starting with much of anything other than my tendency to focus on a goal and pursue it with indomitable will (which can sometimes be a curse) and my drive to strategize for the long term. I'm thrilled to be a part of a community of selfless people willing to help others. We could use a whole lot more of that around the world. Ciao!
