Real Estate Newbie from Virginia

Hello everyone! My name is Ashley and I am located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. I am just starting out as a real estate investor and I felt like becoming apart of the BiggerPockets community would be very beneficial. Currently I work in the financial industry full time, however, I am still committed to ensuring my real estate business is successful. Through out my BiggerPockets experience I am hoping to gain valuable relationships with other investors who have experience that I am still striving to achieve. I love all of the podcasts and forums offered here...being able to ask questions at any time doesn't hurt either! Congradulations to everyone here who is taking their first steps toward financial freedom!
