Hia guys, I am new to the forum so thought I would introduce myself. My name is Tony and I have been doing property development together with a business partner in Brussels, Belgium for the past 4,5 years. That's a good question, does someone here know if there is a way you reduce that fee for resale?
I know In Portugal If you resale in 1 year time you will not pay some taxes.
