What's up guys! 

My name is Simon Ettori, 19y/o and currently living in Hamburg, Germany. My business-partner and I will be moving to Miami,FL beginning of June 2016 to pursue our Real Estate passion! We are looking at a ton of deals here in germany just to get familiar with calculations, rehabs, agents, investors etc.. Otherwise we spend our time trying to seek every little bit of knowledge on Real Estate that is out there to be able to crush it when we start! That is also how we discovered Bigger Pockets, I got hooked by the Podcats and soon found out that there is also a community behind it! So here I am !
