Looking to Start a Career in Real Estate

Hello everyone,

My name is Sheldon, I am 29 years old and and finishing a degree in business at the University of Windsor. I work in advertising and the service industry and am looking to make to transition to real estate investing. I'm lucky to live in one of the least expensive real estate markets in Canada and my goal is to start a career in real estate investing this year.

I am here to learn how to do wholesale deals first, then learn buy and hold strategies in the lease option and student rental market, and ultimately would like to own multi-family properties. I am motivated, a quick learner, and very coach-able. Looking forward to interacting with you all and being able to contribute to this community in a constructive way.

Thank you!
