Hi everyone, 

New member here currently living in southern maine. I own my primary residence and had the plan to "house hack" with a tiny house that I had been building in my back yard. I stumbled across rich dad poor dad followed by a string of real estate investing books, podcasts, and now bigger pockets. My plan has subsequently changed. I cashed out my brokerage account with a plan to begin buying single family and small multifamily houses this summer. Still getting educated now. I would love to meet anyone active in the area.
