Hey everyone!

My name is Brian and I'm a NYC public school teacher and online entrepreneur.  I have been fortunate enough to have a successful online business that is truly passive and it's allowed me to have some extra funds to invest. Since starting that business I have been in a constant pursuit for other businesses opportunities that would allow me to have financial freedom.

Two years ago I invested in two hard money loans and they have turned out to be incredible investments.  I know want to move on to owning and renting real estate.

I'm hoping to meet like minded people in a similar situation as myself and get motivated to take action!
