Hello Community!

My name is Silvio Estrada and I am local to the Bay Area. I grew up in San Francisco but after getting married I moved to Bay Point.

I am a computer/systems expert by day and a Real Estate Investor by mid afternoon... In 2004 I purchased my first rental and eventually which led to having four buy and hold properties. 

My one year goal is to purchase four new buy & hold properties and one apartment complex in the East Bay.

I have been to Real Estate Networking Events and kept hearing about BiggerPockets but the other day I was searching for a question which I was surfing for and came across good articles on BiggerPockets. That lead to a PodCast that I eventually downloaded and listened to And... from that I joined the community. 

I hope to meet a lot of positive people while I continue pressing my goals.
