Hi guys! My name is Chase I have been a licensed agent in Orlando Florida for about a year I have recently bought and renovated my first home in the east Orlando area it is currently on the market for 290,000 and I am hoping to put it under contract in the next week or so! I am looking to build a network of investors and learn from seasoned investors in the area on different ways to be successful in real estate. I love being an agent and enjoy renovating (even the not so fun stuff) and eventually I want to hold a large rental portfolio. Please feel free to reach out and introduce yourself.
