Hi everyone 

I have been listening to the podcasts a great wealth of information.I find them funny easy to listen to everyone is trying to improve themselves and help others,I'm glad I  stumbled across them.I work about 50 hours a week on my sales job covering 4 states on the road a lot.I get to see some great sights.I presently own a home with a  accessory apartment, An older 2 unit which I'm upgrading and a condo.I would like to expand and eventually do this full-time.I am working with the bank to be set up for a  Equity loan or revolving line of credit line for a down payment on my next purchase.My target area is Southern Maine within 20 minutes of my home.
