New Flipper in Dallas Texas

Hi All! I am new to BP in Dallas Texas (Plano specifically) and interested in networking and learning all there is about the wonderful world of house flipping. My partner and I have been doing research for the last several months and are about ready to pull the trigger on our first deal.

With many corporations moving their headquarters to DFW the housing market is VERY hot and SUPER competitive right now. I'm interested in learning alternative options to sourcing deals to flip (wholesale, etc.) as I'm finding people are asking to much on the retail market. You can still find them but they are very few and far between.

I look forward to meeting folks and becoming part of the community!
