I have some experience in RE, Just looking to make it my #1 priority and to make more money at it so i can do some deals. I do have a Job working 50+ hours a week as in building Maintenance, this helps me pay the bills but is not what i wish to do ..

I want to have a mentor to help me on whats the best strategy to make $ now if its doing wholesaling, if it's finding deals that you want to buy and repair and sell or hold for your self.. There are a lot of good deals out there but the ones we want would make us a profit now and continue if you want to hold and sell later, the # one question is what neighborhood are you looking for,SFR what price range, and how many deals do you want to do in a month?
