New member in Michigan

New member, looking for a good flip realtor in Rochester Mi area.  First home purchased was mostly a cosmetic flip, added windows, removed and rebuilt stairway, siding, roof, dry walled multiple rooms, paint and carpet.  I completed all work myself.  Built second home with a builder.  I wired house, installed hardwood, interior trim, deck, finished basement.  Kids are grown and gone so I'm ready to flip.  Possibly consider renting, I'm about halfway through Rental Property Investing book.
