Hi, I'm new to Bigger Pockets. I'm a beginner wholesaler in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm hoping to gain lots of knowledge and insight from you all! The SF Bay Area seems to be a particularly good for wholesaling due to the high prices, does anyone have any experience in this market? I've been hearing different things regarding the legality behind wholesaling in CA. Do I need a license?
