New Member looking into San Antonio/Dallas/Austin area

Aloha!

I'm Stephanie, currently living in Hawaii with the intent to move to Texas by summers end. My husband is currently active duty and will be going to college full time when we get to Texas. We have 3 areas in mind to live, all of which I believe to be great places to invest! We are looking into House Hacking our first property while I acquire Texas RE License and then I would love to network and become an agent who invests. 

I'm highly motivated and love to help people achieve their goals. I've been listening to BP for over a year now, doing lots of soul searching and research with my husband and we are finally ready to dive into this new journey... only to succeed! Action is what will separate us from the rest!
