Hello! I'm a new member to BP that has caught the fever! I'm in the educational phase right now and listen to podcast and read forum post every chance I get. I'm active duty military so my time is limited, however, I'll make it work once I know what I'm doing. I look forward to continuing to learn about real estate investing, and I plan to start investing as soon as possible. I'm really glad I found this resource to help me along the way!
