I'm 22 just starting out in the real estate investing business. When I say starting out I mean just now dipping my feet in the water, I'm not quite sure what to begin with. Whether it be flipping houses, whole sales or buying and renting. I have accumulated roughly 20k and I am now ready to invest and begin my life. Any tips/wisdom is welcomed and wanted. Actively searching for a mentor/ coach to teach me the ropes. Thank you for your time

Hi, and welcome to BiggerPockets. I am still learning, too (I just work at BiggerPockets ;) ), but I found the Ultimate Beginner Guide to be very helpful.

have a good weekend!
