Hello everyone! My name is Daryl Meehan. I currently reside at the Jersey Shore with my wife and three lovely daughters. While I have a background in finance, I am relatively new to real estate investing and I am looking forward to connecting with everyone here at Bigger Pockets!

I'm interested in learning more about performing and nonperforming notes. I am especially interested in wholesaling opportunities as well as buy and hold strategies for my own portfolio. If anyone can suggest some resources that I might take advantage of, I would be eternally grateful. I feel like I have a good grasp of the financial concepts involved, but I lack experience in the "nuts and bolts" of how a deal is actually put together.

Thank you in advance for any guidance you could offer.
