I'm a retired orthodontist. A year after retiring I obtained my real estate license to practice in Pennsylvania. I did this for four years and then retired from that profession. I have now been retired from my first profession as an orthodontist for 15 years, am 85 yrs. old and have become somewhat bored with retirement. i have been entirely responsible for the investment of my money in an IRA, but last year was a downer as far as the stock market goes, and I am starting to get low on money and would like to supplement my retirement income.

@Ralph Jensen, welcome to BP!

Also suggest joining the local REIA - DIG.

The Chester county and Montgomery county sub-group meets the 2nd Wed of the month.

Let @Steve Babiak know if you are interested - he is a co-chair of the subgroup.
