Hello!

New member....

I own a mortgage brokerage that I started in 2001 and have been in the residential mortgage business since 1992. I have also been investing in real estate since 1997 but in the last year I have been doing more real estate stuff than mortgage business. I am in the Atlanta market.... its CRAZY here right now and I am not sure if its in a good way or a bad way!

Check out my real estate website:

[REMOVED]

I have been buying foreclosed homes, rehabbing them, renting them out and then selling them as turn key investments to folks who can see the RE value but have no time to do all the legwork. Now, I am looking at changing focus and holding the properties myself longer term.

Anyhow... this site is a great find! Very informative and I have learned a great deal just today.
