A little late on my introduction on BP, I have been hanging out reading the forums and enjoying the podcast . Have been investing in real estate for the last nine years and I have recently been able to leave the corporate world to work full-time in my investment Business. To this point it is been a buy-and-hold of single-family, small mobile home park and two small multiunit complexes. The goal in 2016 is to move into flipping using our current resources. I found a wealth of information on the BP podcast and thoroughly enjoy them. Jeff
