Hi Everybody, I am Irene Bondoy and been on my first day of being unemployed. Early this year, my friend and I been interested investing in real estate but don't know how and where to start plus having not enough time to go further education. But now that I have no more work, I would like to commit all my time to make it happen.

I just downloaded the pdf format of guide to investing and will start reading it. I want to know how and where to start. How to find great deals and how to do it right the first time. I have all the time but no money to invest so looking for money partners as well.

My immediate goal is to have a cash flow to sustain my bills and expenses. My long term goal is to have a portfolio of triplex/duplex, apartment buildings and commercial properties generating enough income to more than cover all my family's expenses and help out my community back home.

Thank you BP for the motivation you have been provided to me and to my friend.

Best regards,

Irene
