Hello my name is Noel Fannell and I am a Realtor  in Jacksonville, FL. I have been licensed since 1997 in Atlanta, GA. and I was a multi-million dollar producer. I have recently retired from the Army after 32 years of service and my family and I have relocated here to beautiful Jacksonville.
