Hello to all fellow BP members!

My name is David Ferreria, I am a 22 year old architecture student and I am very curious to know more about the real estate industry as I hear more and more that it is a great industry to generate cash flow (if you understand the industry and have the resources to invest).

So as step one I'm really trying to learn as much as possible so that I can get into the real estate industry with some acquired knowledge from those of you who have real world and first hand experiences and stories.

All responses are welcomed and appreciated, thank you and I look forward to hearing from all of you!

I'll end with a question on my mind: Looking forward to the next five years, do you expect to see growth or decline in the real estate market in the U.S.?
