Greetings,

I stumbled upon BP about a month ago when reading some real estate investing blogs and have been all in ever since.  I've read through the Ultimate Beginner's Guide twice and have been scouring the forums, absorbing as much as I can.  I've always known I wanted to be in the real estate space, but felt I needed to pay off student loan debt first.  Guess I have come to the realization that I don't want to put my life on hold forever, and perhaps investing now is a way to speed up the student loan payoff plan.

From what I've read it seems as though the Cleveland market is very popular nationwide for rentals and flips.  I certainly don't have a great deal to offer any of the experts on here, however, as a lifelong Clevelander I do know the areas/neighborhoods quite well.  So if I can ever answer a question for someone out of town, I'd be glad to help.

I intend to be joining the forum discussions with some real world stories of my own at some point in the future.  But in the meantime I'll be reading and learning.  Thanks in advance to everyone who shares their wisdom.

Thanks,

Brandon
