Newcomer from Chicago

Hello! I am Dan Pendon and living in Chicago, IL. Currently working in corporate with a solid career so far but I have had the entrepreneurial bug ever since graduate school. Real estate has attracted me for its flexibility and the number of ways one can be successful. I will eventually need to know more about real estate as my parents own some property and look to see what our options are.

My goals are 1) to learn as much as I can about the industry, 2) network and create relationships within and outside the BP community, and most importantly, 3) take action! As I read BP’s Beginners Guide, I will formulate my plan then execute it.
