Hello! My name is Jonathan Broderick and I am originally from Salt Lake City, UT but now live in Redmond, WA. I'm a former plumber's apprentice and now office 9-5'er hoping to create financial freedom for myself and my little family. I'm brand new to real estate investing but feel like wholesaling would be a good start for me and am heavily entrenched in the research phase right now before I jump into anything. However, my end goal is definitely buy & hold investing so my family and I can benefit from the passive income that can provide. I'm excited to be diving into this exciting journey and hope to be able to help some other people along the way.
