Started dabbling in real estate education in 2005 and the following 5 years I personally rehabbed 2 SFRs. Too much work for one person so I believed I had a lot to learn about business and so my journey began with education in 2011. From there, I started wholesaling and marketing creative real estate solutions to property owners. Was not satisfied with my results so I sought more education in various areas and strategies in residential real estate and was introduced to a commercial real estate hedge fund. And that challenge is one thing I do and love doing. Great to be here and contribute to the BiggerPockets online network.
