Hi, my name is Jim Yerkes from Oak Forest, Illinois.  I am a real estate newbie who has been interested in real estate for years but finally getting the courage to make the leap. I am interested in wholesaling mainly at this point because I do not have a bunch of money to invest.  I have been interested in real estate because I have worked as an electrician for 16 years and I am tired of making other people rich. I'm not saying real estate investing will get me rich(maybe in the future!) but I like the idea of working for myself and being my own boss. I plan on keeping my job while starting, and in the future maybe this could be my only job. I hope to learn some valuable things from the members!
