Hi BP,
I'm Adam from Maryland and I'm all new to REI. A little about myself, I'm a contractor (Roofs, Kitchens, Bathrooms, offices), I'm 18 years old, and love working on houses. As of right now i'm saving up to purchase a house that is in need of rehab, and flip it. But i'm mainly interested in Mult-unit rentals, and commercial property.
