Hi all, my name is Adam and altough this is my first post on Bigger Pockets, it's not my first visit. I used a Bigger Pockets feature to run a credit/background check on my first tenant about 3 years ago and hadn't been back until about 1 week ago. I still have that same tenant and he's been great. I bought my second income property last February and am in a transitional stage trying to figure out how to buy more properties, but do so without selling the houses I currently have. I live in West central Illinois, work a full time job at an oil refinery, my wife is a teacher and we have two boys (3 and 1) who like to help fix houses up with me. I'm sure I'll soon be posting in one of the advice forums to pick the brains of the many successful REI's on this site. Thanks for taking the time to read my intro.

Adam
