New to BP & Investing, 2 mom's outside of Philadelphia

Hi I'm Jen. My wife and I are ready to invest in real estate. We are currently in the research stage. We are leaning towards multi-families, and Buy Rehab Rent & Refi .. We are listening to podcasts, reading, coming up with questions, having conversations, etc. We are excited to join the BP community, which I know will be a wealth of knowledge. Thank you all for sharing, and I hope to pay it back one day as well.

We currently own a row home. Mortgage up in 6 years. 2 girls under 3. I'd like this to be my full-time job. We are both very excited. My wife wanted to buy a property yesterday, but I am a little more cautious & think we should spend another month or two really learning.

We are hoping to make connections and help this community grow...
