Hi, my name is Chandler and I am currently trying to learn as much as I can about investing in real estate. I would like to purchase my first rental property and hopefully grow from there. 

I am here for information and motivation mostly. If I can see others achieving the successes I want, it could inspire me to reach for my goals sooner!
