Hi everyone. This is such an amazing site. Everyone whose posts I've read so far seem so knowledgeable about making deals, tax strategies and so on. It would be great to chat with some of you soon. Im looking to do my first wholesale deal before May 1st. I'm feeling the fear of the unknown but very committed to getting it done.
