Hello BP,

My name is Shawn Boltin and I am a new investor in the Colorado Springs area.  I have been researching RE as a means to supplement my income and retirement portfolio but after a round of lay-offs I am now looking for it to be my primary income.  

I am excited at the prospect and have made a few connections and looking forward to making more!
