Hello All-

First Time poster.  After 10 years in the Loan Servicing world analyzing Short Sales, FCs, BKs and REOs for Fortune 500 companies, I decided it was time to try to make the move to Real Estate Investor and try to make my own fortune. I currently have a partner who is a General Contractor and we have a decent amount of start up capital for down payments on Hard Money loans and Repairs.  We are interested in starting out as Flippers with a longer term goal of holding on for Rentals.

I have done a lot of research over the last year and the one thing I have come to realize is that experience is what allows people to succeed in this market.  That being said, I am looking for existing investors that would be willing to share their experience on successes and pitfalls.  Basically, looking for a mentor to help guide us in the right direction and be successful.

I have been reading BP for awhile now and it's obvious you guys know your stuff.

Any advice or help you guys can provide is greatly appreciated.

Johnny
